Unsafe

Last night Brody and I drove to Glendale to go to Del Taco with my friend Julianne, while Don was working late. On the drive home I was SOOOOOO tired. I was thinking to myself that it is probably unsafe for me to be driving when I haven’t slept more than 2.5 consecutive hours in the past three weeks. I’ve never been drunk but last night I felt like I was when I was driving home. Luckily we made it home safely though!!!

I Am A Child Of God

Today I was comforting Brody in the glider chair and I started to sing I Am A Child Of God to him. I didn’t even get half way through it and I starting bawling. I’m blaming it all on the huge lack of sleep ;)  Oh, and I guess I just can’t believe I’m a mommy and how cute Brody is!!!

Why Legend?

Reason #1 – Don and I went on a cruise ship called CARNIVAL LEGEND in September 2008, and that is where Brody was conceived!!!

Reason #2 -  Brody will be a Legend!!!

Tongue-tied

Brody was born a little tongue-tied. One of the lactation consultants noticed it at the hospital. So, on Friday we took him to an ENT doctor to have that little piece of skin snipped, that is under his tongue. It actually wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Brody did great…and so did I!!!
